Tuesday News

We started our day with morning work, morning message, calendar, and Daily News. We are continuing to focus on our sight words (reading and writing them), sentence writing, counting, and place value.

We were able to go outside for recess. After so many indoor recess times, it feels SO good to be outside!!

When recess was over, we came in for reading group time. During groups, we practiced recognizing Uu, the /u/ sound, sight words, handwriting, and listening.

During math, we continued our number bond work. The kiddos are getting so good at identifying the parts and finding the whole.

Our afternoon was filled with lunch, recess, library, snack, show and share, quiet time, 4th grade buddies, and free choice centers.
