We had a fun Friday!
We began our day by finding shapes and coloring each of the shapes different colors on an easter egg.
Then, we had our morning message and calendar. Next, we had a great recess outside. After recess, we had reading groups. During groups, we practiced our sight words and phonemic awareness, sight word practice ("what") with fine motor q-tip painting, handwriting, and listened to a story.
After reading groups we made some bunny ears which look adorable on the students and were sent home with them today.

Our afternoon was filled with lunch, recess, a royal reader celebration, and centers. During centers, we did addition equations with linking cubes, number bond centers with die, and building stations. Centers were followed with PE, music, snack and show and share, quiet time free choice centers, and recess!

2. The last day of the Book Fair was today. If you did not have the chance to make it this week, you may order online at "Scholastic.com" with our class login as well.
