We had a great day!
We started our time together with a sight word practice activity. We then transitioned to calendar, where we practice letter sounds (Uu, Kk, Bb, and Ll), as well as the sight words: little, said, here, and was. After OUTDOOR recess (yeah, yeah, yeah), we did reading groups. We focused on sounding out words, sight words (reading and writing them), handwriting, and listening.
Our PM class also had a lockdown drill.
Important Information:
1. Library Books are due tomorrow.
2. Homework folders are due tomorrow.
3. Take Home Books were exchanged today.
4. The students have library, PE, and music tomorrow.
