We had a wonderful day together!
We focused a lot on the number bond and going from two parts to the whole. We then practiced going from the whole and splitting it into two parts. We did this with manipulatives, shapes, and numbers. We had reading groups today. We focused on sounding out the whole word (not just saying the first sound), the sight word "you," handwriting (letters Dd and Hh), and listening.
Important Information:
1. I have our homework folders. We will get back on track next week. If for some reason, your kiddo still has their folder, I'll collect it tomorrow.
2. Please have your kiddo wear running shoes, as we have PE tomorrow. We also have music and library.
