We had a wonderful day!
Along with our normal routine, we also did some assessments, a couple royal readers, and reading groups.
In addition, we also had our last visit from our APEX coach. I was given the students' last (orange) bracelet, as well as their t-shirts for tomorrow. Every kiddo will receive a shirt and participate in the fun run. Please just remember to send your kiddo to school in a tank top or short sleeve shirt, as they will be putting their new fun run
t-shirt over their shirt from home. Below is the school schedule for the fun run:
Just a loving reminder that all pledges need to be entered on the APEX website by tonight! All the information you need is on the pamphlet that was sent home.
Important Information:
1. Homework folders are due tomorrow.
2. The APEX Fun Run is tomorrow. Please make sure your child wears appropriate running shoes and attire.
3. Our class pals are still coming home; however, because we're crunched for time...they need to be returned the next day (if possible). Please help your child remember to return them so other kiddos can have a turn. I apologize for the rush!
4. All APEX pledges must be entered on the APEX website by tonight.
5. Four entomologist will be visiting our classroom next Monday from WSU. We are SO excited to have them!
6. No school on Monday, May 30th (Memorial Day).
7. Science Fest will be held at PV on June 2nd from 6-7pm.
8. Our End of Kindergarten Spring Concert will be June 13th at 6:30pm. Please feel free to invite all your family and friends! Please note that students need to arrive at 6:15pm. Please do not arrive earlier, as there will be no one to monitor them.
